T3DSO2000A Series Oscilloscopes

Teledyne Test Tools T3DSO2000/2000A Oscilloscope families feature two channel and four channel models with analog bandwidth options from 100 MHz to 500 MHz. Each Oscilloscope series offer a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, and a maximum memory depth of 140 Mpts in half channel mode on the T3DSO2000 and 200 Mpts on the T3DSO2000A series. The four channel models of the T3DSO2000 incorporate two 2 GSa/s ADCs and two 140 Mpts memory modules while on the T3DSO2000A series it has two 200 Mpts memory modules. When all channels are enabled, each channel has sample rate of 1 GSa/s and a standard record length of 70 Mpts on the T3DSO2000 and 100 Mpts on the T3DSO2000A series. When only a single channel per ADC is active, the maximum sample rate is 2 GSa/s and the maximum record length is 140 Mpts on the T3DSO2000 and 200 Mpts on the T3DSO2000A series. For ease-of-use, the most commonly used functions can be accessed with its user-friendly front panel design.

T3DSO2000 Series Oscilloscopes

Teledyne Test Tools T3DSO2000/2000A Oscilloscope families feature two channel and four channel models with analog bandwidth options from 100 MHz to 500 MHz.

Each Oscilloscope series offer a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, and a maximum memory depth of 140 Mpts in half channel mode on the T3DSO2000 and 200 Mpts

on the T3DSO2000A series. The four channel models of the T3DSO2000 incorporate two 2 GSa/s ADCs and two 140 Mpts memory modules while on the T3DSO2000A

- 8" Bright TFT LCD (800 x 480) on the T3DSO2000 and 10.1" capacitive color TFT-LCD touch screen (1024 x 600) on the T3DSO2000A series..

- Optional Serial Bus Trigger and Decode options – I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, CAN, LIN which enables users to debug serial buses directly to their Oscilloscope on the

   T3DSO2000 series. While on the T3DSO2000A series I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN Serial Bus Trigger and Decode options come as standard with optional CAN FD, FlexRay,

   I2S and MIL-STD-1553B also available on the T3DSO2000A series.

- Optional MSO – 16 Digital Channels. This adds mixed signal debugging to both series of Oscilloscopes.

- 25 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator with 10 built in waveforms optional on the T3DSO2000 series with a 50 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator with

   6 built in waveforms as standard on the T3DSO2000A series.

- Power Analysis application included as standard on the T3DSO2000A series.

- Bode plot as standard from 10 Hz to 50 MHz available on the T3DSO2000A series using the 50 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator, or 10 Hz to 500 MHz using

   the optional T3AFG500 arbitrary function generator.

- Advanced Trigger – Edge, Slope, Pulse Width, Window, Runt, Interval, Time Out (Dropout), Pattern and Video.

- Waveform Sequence Recorder – record and playback up to 80,000 waveforms on the T3DSO2000 series and 90,000 waveforms on the T3DSO2000A series. Allows users

   to replay the changes which have occurred in their waveform history.

Record Length Up to 200 Mpts

The record length of up to 140 Mpts on the T3DSO2000 and 200 Mpts on the T3DSO2000A series allows the use of a higher sampling rate to capture more signal detail.

The hardware-based Zoom then allows quick zoom in to any area of interest.

 


Advanced Waveform Capture Rates

With a waveform capture rate of up to 500,000 wfm/s (sequence mode) and 120,000 wfm/s (standard mode on the T3DSO2000A) and 140,000 wfm/s (standard mode on

the T3DSO2000 series) users can easily capture glitches, infrequent anomalies and other low-probability events.

 

History Mode

The always enabled History mode records up to 80,000 waveforms on the T3DSO2000 series and 90,000 on the T3DSO2000A series allowing users to scroll through previous

acquisitions to observe past events and locate anomalies quickly.

 

Advanced Math Function

The standard math operation includes Plus, Minus, Multiply, Divide, FFT, integration, differential, and square root for quick insight into waveform characteristics.

This provides customers with the tools to extract results from waveforms and measurements.

 

256-Level Intensity Grading and Color Temperature Display

This function is ideal for viewing modulated and changing waveforms. The color temperature display clearly shows noise and jitter with infrequent occurring waveforms shown

in blue through to the most frequently occurring waveforms shown in red.

 

Sequence Mode

Segmented memory mode can store up to 80,000 waveforms on the T3DSO2000 or 90,000 on the T3DSO2000A series capturing fast pulses in quick succession.

Combine Sequence Mode with advanced triggers to isolate rare events. All the segments can be played back using the History function.

 

Comprehensive Statistical Functions

Parametric statistical data for 5 parameters can be displayed simultaneously. The statistical measurements include: Current Value, Mean Value, Minimum Value,

maximum Value, Standard Deviation and the measurement count.

 

Eres Mode

Enhanced Resolution (Eres) mode reveals hidden waveform detail by using linear average filter to reduce waveform noise, even on single acquisition waveforms.

 

Complete Connectivity

Connectivity includes External Trigger Input, Pass/Fail and Trigger Out, USB Device (USBTMC), LAN (VXI-11) for remote control and a Kensington Lock security point.
